Dhang, as the Clinical Director of Administration, has been integral to the development and operations of our podiatry clinic since it started in 2022. Her primary responsibilities include managing the day-to-day clinical functions, overseeing patient scheduling, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for every patient who walks through our clinics. She is committed to providing support that enhances the quality of patient care by streamlining clinical processes, such as assisting with appointment bookings and patient inquiries, sorting out patient insurance concerns, coordinating with the laboratory in sorting out patients tests, and coordinating between our medical team and patients. With a focus on organization and patient satisfaction, she helps create a welcoming and professional environment, allowing our healthcare providers to focus on delivering excellent podiatric care. Her role involves continuous process improvement, fostering a collaborative work culture, and supporting the clinic's mission to deliver exceptional patient-centered services.
